Week 2, Day 1: Chest & Back

Increased the reps on some of the push ups.  Increased weight amounts.  Strained my back just a bit on one of the lawn mowers, but interestingly, didn't strain the part of my back I was actually using for the exercise.  Don't think it's serious and it didn't keep me from completing the workout or completing ab-ripper.   Feeling a little sore as I sit here typing tho.

  1. Good job finishing Week 1! We didnt keep up with numbers last week but Jacob wants to so he can compare...men. *rolls eyes* By the sound of things I think you having done the prequal P90 made you better prepared for this than Jacob becuase he was just doing a little here and there along with other exercises before this. Thats awesome that Sharon is doing some of them with you! Keep up the good work, and know that we are watching you *intimidating stare*

    I suspect that when Jacob starts tracking his numbers, he'll find that mine are pretty easy for him to keep up with and even surpass. But having a buddy to compare with and have a friendly competition with will make this go even better.
